WhenCast - Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the WhenCast app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WhenCast is a weather-based decision-making application that provides personalized recommendations for outdoor activities based on current and forecasted weather conditions.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

WhenCast Pro Subscriptions

Monthly Subscription: $2.99 per month
Annual Subscription: $14.99 per year (58% savings compared to monthly)

Subscription Terms:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Free Trial:

New subscribers may be eligible for a 1-week free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically continue unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Weather information is provided by third-party sources and accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

WhenCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your subscription information or the ability to process refunds directly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
