MeetMind ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Data Collection

MeetMind does not collect, store, or share any personal data on our servers. All data stays on your device.

Audio Recordings

When you record a meeting, the audio file is stored locally on your device. Audio is sent to OpenAI's API solely for transcription and summarization purposes. We do not retain or have access to your audio files or transcriptions.

Third-Party Services

MeetMind uses the following third-party services:

• OpenAI API - For audio transcription (Whisper) and text summarization (GPT-4o-mini). Audio data is sent to OpenAI for processing and is subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy. OpenAI does not use API data to train their models.
• Apple StoreKit - For managing subscriptions. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple.

Data Storage

All meeting data (transcriptions, summaries, action items) is stored locally on your device using CoreData. We have no access to this data. Deleting the app removes all stored data.

Analytics

MeetMind does not use any analytics or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

MeetMind is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
