By downloading, installing, or using PromptPilot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
PromptPilot is a mobile application that provides ready-made prompts and templates for AI chatbots including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:
Free Trial: New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without charge.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PromptPilot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall PromptPilot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be made directly through Apple. We do not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
