Troubleshooting

App Issues

App crashes or freezes: Force close and restart the app. If issues persist, restart your device.
Slow performance: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. The AI processing requires connectivity.
Can't generate queries: Check your internet connection and try again.

Subscription Issues

Purchase not working: Verify your Apple ID payment method and try again.
Restore purchases: Tap "Restore Purchases" in the paywall or Settings.
Still showing as free user: Go to Settings > Subscription and check your status.
